The government E-Visa fee is non-refundable once paid, including where an application is refused or the applicant does not use the issued visa.

For example, a single-entry E-Visa with Express assistance would consist of the US$25 government fee plus the applicable US$45 service fee.
A multiple-entry E-Visa with Express assistance would consist of the US$50 government fee plus the applicable US$45 service fee.

The government E-Visa fee is paid for processing the E-Visa application and is non-refundable. Our service fee covers the professional assistance, document review, application support and processing coordination selected by the applicant.
Urgent service fees are for priority assistance and handling. They do not represent an additional government visa fee and do not guarantee approval by Vietnamese immigration authorities.
